Rachel's practice focuses primarily on general insurance defense, criminal defense, and education law. Rachel began her legal career as a Civil Rights Attorney in North Carolina, serving as plaintiff’s counsel in lawsuits against police departments, prison systems, and school districts. Rachel moved to Rochester in 2020 to work at the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office. While there, Rachel defended individuals facing a variety of criminal allegations – from violation level offenses to felony offenses, probation and parole violations, and cases involving juvenile offenders. Understanding life’s complexities, Rachel implements a holistic approach to her representation – tailoring her representation to each individual client’s specific needs. Rachel is an experienced litigator, always prepared to fight in court to obtain the best outcomes for her clients.
