Practice Focus
Michael focuses his practice on the defense of medical malpractice, products liability, construction accidents, and general insurance defense. He joined Osborn Reed & Burke, LLP in 2018 and was named Partner in January 2022.
Before relocating in Rochester, he worked for a litigation firm in Buffalo, New York. While there, he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, dog bites, and slip and falls. Immediately before that, he worked for a Social Security Disability firm, representing disability applicants throughout the appeal process, both in front of Administrative Law Judges and through the Social Security Administration’s internal appeals process.
Michael was born and raised outside of Rochester. Except for a brief stay in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he attended law school, he has been a life-long resident of Western New York. He now lives in the City of Rochester with his wife, Kaci.
