Kevin is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled all aspects of insurance defense cases personally defending litigated matters in Federal Courts, State Courts, and the Court of Claims including claims against municipalities and school districts seeking damages for personal injuries, employment practices, defective conditions and maintenance issues; the defense of personal injury actions arising out of construction site accidents and construction defect claims; product liability actions involving motor vehicles including recreational vehicles, loading machinery, consumer products, cosmetics, industrial fasteners and other types of machinery; complex litigation including environmental issues, commercial claims and property damages; litigation for damages resulting from the use and operation of motor vehicles and premises; and actions relating to employment, legal and financial professional liability claims. In addition, he also represents clients on matters pertaining to estates and trusts, real estate, and business transactions.
